ESCOBEDO COUNSELING SERVICES

IT’S TIME TO FIND joy IN LIFE AGAIN

MEET DANNETTE ESCOBEDO, RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST IN LITTLETON & ONLINE ACCROSS COLORADO

You knew it was going to be hard, but not this hard…

The stress of supporting everyone and putting their needs first has left you exhausted. Your love gives you the energy to keep going, to wake up tomorrow and try yet again. Hoping that tomorrow they will see you for all you do….and appreciate you.

When you really think about it, that’s all you have ever really wanted out of relationships– to feel valued, wanted, and deeply cared for.

You have sacrificed so much of yourself for so long, you’re not sure how to fill up your own cup.

I guide couples, individuals and families through an exploration of what has happened in their lives to get them to this point. We will look at some of the experiences and beliefs that have shaped how you view yourself in love and relationships, and uncover what it truly means to be loved for who you are.

Feeling empty and alone ISN’T YOUR ONLY OPTION

HI! I’M so glad YOU ARE HERE.

Dannette Escobedo, MA, LPC (she/her/hers)

I’ll provide tools and insights to help you better understand how your past experiences in love and family life have shaped your patterns in the present. With a big dose of compassion, we will uncover the reasons you respond in the ways you do to loved ones, and help you to create a clearer picture of what you truly need to build new ways of connecting.

You will leave our sessions feeling hopeful for new ways of connecting to the people you love the most. In our time together you will experience greater insight and open yourself up to be seen and heard in a whole new light.  Some of the greatest moments of growth will occur when you feel supported to take a deep dive into your inner world, and acknowledge the ways you get stuck in creating the life and love you dreamed of.

Ready to get started?

On a personal note…

I am very proud to be a third generation Denver Native. I am happily married with two small daughters, one in sconed grade and the other in preschool. My spouse and I are in an interracial marriage, he is Latino and I am white. Our lives are rich with cultural experiences and teaching our daughters about their heritage.

My hobbies include cooking, watching stand-up comedy, and playing with my girls. I love music, especially rock (indie, punk, grunge and shoegaze) and go to concerts as much as possible. I have quite the green thumb, and during the summer can be found in my garden picking fresh veggies and herbs for dinner.

My family loves the outdoors, and we enjoy camping and long drives in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I also enjoy traveling— my Zen is finding a great beach to relax and unwind.
